Introduction
This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Fees are shown at checkout / in our price list and are refundable only as stated in the Refund Policy.
Part A — .qa Domains (CRA)
- WAFRA is a CRA-accredited registrar for the
.qafamily. See our bilingual .qa Domains page. - Registrants must comply with QDR/CRA policies (official CRA accredited-registrar and QDR policy pages apply).
- Eligibility docs in product:
.com.qaand.net.qarequire Commercial Registration, a trade license file, and trading license number. Plain.qadoes not require those documents in this application. - Complaints: contact support@wafra.net, then follow CRA procedures if needed.
- Suspension or action may follow CRA/QDR directions.
Part B — Other Domains (gTLDs via CentralNic)
- Non-
.qadomains are registered through the CentralNic reseller channel. WAFRA is not the ICANN-accredited registrar of record for those TLDs. - UDRP is incorporated by reference for applicable gTLDs.
- Transfers: unlock + auth code; typically a 60-day lock after registration or inbound transfer; process via the dashboard.
- WHOIS/RDAP accuracy is required; verification emails may be required; inaccurate data may lead to suspension.
- Auto-renew: controlled by your preference in WAFRA. At the registry, WAFRA uses AUTOEXPIRE and renews when payment succeeds.
- Expiry / grace: WAFRA reminder schedules and approximately a 30-day post-expiry service/billing window in-app. Separately, registries may offer longer recovery or redemption under registry rules and fees that WAFRA does not set or guarantee. Until WAFRA offers a formal redemption product, do not treat redemption as a WAFRA service.
- Some TLDs are blocked or restricted (for example adult/gambling categories,
.ilfamily, or field-restricted TLDs).
