1. Agreement
By accessing or using wafra.net, the WAFRA mobile app, or any related services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Acceptable Use Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Domain Registration Policy, SLA, Backup Policy, and Privacy Policy.
2. Who we are
Services are provided by WAFRA IT Solutions, Doha, Qatar. Contact details appear at the end of this page.
3. Services
- Domain registration, renewal, and transfer (see Domain Registration Policy).
- Cloud servers (VPS) on Hetzner and/or Google Cloud; you select the datacenter or region at order (for example Hetzner Helsinki
hel1, or Google Cloud regions such as Dohame-central1when stocked). - Dedicated servers when that product is enabled in your catalog.
- Related tools such as default DNS under wafracloud.net, control panels, and optional backups.
- Shared hosting is not currently offered as a public product.
4. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract and be at least 18 years of age (or the minimum age required under applicable counsel-approved rules).
5. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information, safeguard your login credentials, and remain responsible for activity under your account.
6. Fees & payment
- Payments are processed via Tap Payments and settled in QAR.
- Other currencies shown in the UI are display estimates only.
- NAPS/QPay-style methods may not support saved-card auto-renewal.
- WAFRA does not operate a store wallet or cash balance. “Credit Days” are discretionary service compensation only.
7. Auto-renewal
Auto-renewal is optional per domain or server. Where enabled, WAFRA charges the saved Tap payment method on schedule. You may disable auto-renewal in the dashboard. Failed renewals may leave the service expired according to product rules.
8. Servers & customer responsibility
- Where root/SSH or full panel control is provided, you control the operating system, applications, content, email, security patches, firewalls, and legal compliance of workloads running on the server.
- You must comply with the laws of the State of Qatar (as applicable) and the jurisdiction of the datacenter or region you selected.
- For custom hostnames and DNS, you own DNS, mail, and SSL configuration risk (consistent with our hostname consent UX).
9. Data location
Virtual machine data resides in the region chosen at order. Account and billing systems, and backup copies, may use other processors or locations (see Privacy Policy and Backup Policy). WAFRA does not promise that all data stays in Qatar.
10. Non-payment — hosting
On or after the due date, unpaid hosting may enter expired status; the VM may be powered off or the account suspended. A 7-day grace period applies, with a reminder near day 1 and one automatic charge retry around day 3 of grace. If payment is still outstanding when grace ends, WAFRA permanently deletes the server and WAFRA-managed backups. This is irreversible.
11. Cancellation — hosting
Customer-initiated cancellation deletes infrastructure and WAFRA-managed backups (dedicated cancellations may follow the upstream provider cancellation date). There is no refund for unused time.
12. Domains
The Domain Registration Policy forms part of these Terms.
13. Acceptable Use
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. Breach may result in suspension or termination.
14. Refunds
The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.
15. Service levels
If an SLA is published, remedies are limited as stated there (typically service credits). There is no separate cash uptime warranty beyond the Refund Policy and SLA.
16. Backups
Where backups are offered, they are best-effort only. You must maintain independent backups of critical data. See the Backup Policy.
17. Intellectual property
WAFRA platform intellectual property remains WAFRA’s. You retain rights in your content, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify WAFRA against claims arising from your content, email, domains, false WHOIS or KYC data, illegal use, or third-party intellectual property infringement.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WAFRA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or profits. Aggregate liability for a claim is capped at the fees you paid to WAFRA for the affected service in the three (3) months before the claim.
20. Suspension & termination
WAFRA may suspend or terminate services for AUP breach, non-payment, fraud, CRA, registry, or lawful orders, or to protect the platform or other users.
21. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
22. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes are subject to the courts of Qatar.
